THE AC
Overview:
Basically you have your trolls and your people seeking lends on the avatar chat. The majority of the people are lendees looking to be lent the big three: MSPP, SUAP and BGC.
They are usually really annoying for people who frequent the AC as 90% of the boards are about that. I made this because I know that the ac can be really overwhelming and just plain weird sometimes.
Boards that are usually up:
TBGCC: The Bony Grarrl Club Chat - A place where you try to be lent BGC. There are many lenders that frequent the board. In my personally opinion, it is a good way to be lent although it does take a while sometimes. (/~Entcoder)
MSPP/SUAP Lendees: A place where you can try to be lent MSPP/SUAP. Personally also a good place to go since lenders do frequent the board. (/~masterkota)
Kad Board: There is usually a kad board where you can chat while kadding, since the Time and List boards do not permit chatting (T/L boards are on the games chat). They are usually fun and you get to meet a lot of people. (/~FreeEarll#guide)
Wishing Well: Occam's Razor Theory - The simplest solution is always the best one. Basically if you are interested in trying to find the solution for the infamous wishing well avatar, come here.
Our Little N/F Lending Group: A group that is dedicated group of lendees that are very nice and talkative. You can be lent pets and items and such here. (~Lulaniki)
Winning Buried Treasure Link: A link to potentially winning treasure/avatar.
Snowager: Snowager boards when the snowager is sleeping so you can potentially win treasrure/avatar.
On top of that, there are usually buying/selling of avatar items, avatar pets UFT and people advertising their avatar guilds... and then the troll boards..
Trolling:
I guess its sorta the same everywhere. Read Nadzi's guide on how to be a mean troll.
Acers tend to use Tumblr things such as:

Haters gonna hate
etc
Acer's like to post random pictures and you often are linked to random pictures and such. Their UL's usually have a gif of some sort. If you ask a "dumb" question, the tendecy is that if one person replies, all the other people after that copy them.

So you want to hang out on the AC, but don’t know where to get started? Don’t know how to act on the AC? Well, you’ve come to the right place.
The AC, also known as the Avatar Chat, is a thread on the neoboards where users talk about avatars. This is one of the more popular neoboards, and is filled with noobs, popular people, wannabes, and lurkers.
If you have a young account, with about 100 avatars, and an ugly font, expect to be flamed, or yelled at on the AC. To be respected, you need at least 200 avatars. 200 is not a hard number to get, and you can get it by working just a little bit.

Once you get 200 avatars, you can talk and be respected on the AC. People won’t think that you’re a noob, and will talk to you. It also helps to have a nice font. There are premade font sites all over neopia if you can’t make one on your own.

There are other avatars, called item avatars. If you can afford them, then buy them. Some are very expensive, and some are very cheap. If you can’t, try your hand at getting lent. Some items, such as a set of codestones, or a set of dung items are easy to get lent. Then there are items that cost a couple mil, such as FQD, ZDAP, and Chokato. They are sometimes easy to get, if you have collat, or collateral. But your account also has to be pretty decent looking.
NB Pens, Fonts, Avatars
NB Pens, Neoboard Pens, allow you to have a different font and avatar active for every pen you have. These are /important/. Having a nice font, that matches your avatar and active pet Will get you less flamed. But when you have more then one font that matches. Is very good.
Guide to Get Lent Stuff
Also if you want to be lent, dont try and gold dig people. DO NOT every neomail someone you are not friends with and ask to be lent. Their answer will be NO most likly.
But if you have rich friends, or very trust worthy friends.(FRIENDS that are well known on the board you are looking to be lent on) Right when you make your board. Ask them if they can post, talking on your behave on how good you are, and that they support you.If you are trying to get lent MSPP, Or Suap. And you do not have 285+ Avatars. DO NOT try and be lent. There are people with 300+ avatars that cant get lent. And you are just going to be spamming the AC, and are being annoying
If you are trying to be lent Hidden Tower. Have collat, no one is going to /usually/ just lend you pure if you have a crap account. Ask a close neofriend or someone. But the biggest scam on the AC is someone asking to be lent Hidden Tower. But if you have a nice account, you should be able to get lent.
If you are trying to be lent Number Six. You really dont need collat o.O You just need a nice account.
Everything, BGC and less expensive items. Just make a board on the AC. have a nice account and stay around for a while hoping to get lent
You should also look for boards that says that someone is lending. Because then you dont have to make a board yourself
So to not get flammed in the AC. Get 200+ avatars, have a nice font, NB pens, nice account, games played, gallery, nice pets.
